The technical assistance should be responsible of providing the following: course content script, develop the course modules according to a proposal validated by Alianza por la Solidaridad, an online platform to host the course, online tutoring (the scope and modality will be decided according to the proposal presented by the consulting team, and evaluation of the course participants.

Submission of proposals should be made by email to the addresses listed below, indicating on the cover page the title and code of the corresponding Program.
The content should include the following sections as a minimum:
- A methodological note on how the consultancy will be carried out (main activities, work plan, etc).
- Curriculum.
- Budget.
- Other references that could be useful.
All proposals must be submitted in English.
